H.Essers Spain is seeking an Operations Manager to lead transport and operations with full P&L responsibility. You will translate the company vision into an actionable plan, drive organizational efficiency, and manage people to deliver profitable performance for customers.

In this role you will collaborate closely with multiple departments to secure inputs and resources, maintain strong customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities in a dynamic, international environment.
