As Operations Manager EAT, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end operations performance in the region, ensuring the highest standards in service, quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence while supporting the transformation of our industrial footprint, balancing day-to-day execution with mid- to long-term strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable, scalable, and high-impact results.
Drive regional performance across key KPIs, including service level, productivity, cost, quality and safety.
Monitor performance, identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure reliable execution of production and supply plans in line with business priorities.
Promote data-driven decision-making across Operations.
Lead, coach and develop the operational teams.
Ensure effective workforce planning, including headcount, shifts and capabilities.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration and safety.
Support engagement and talent development across the organization.
Ensure strong alignment with Supply Chain regarding production planning, material availability and inventory management.
Actively contribute to and influence S&OP processes and decisions.
Ensure efficient and reliable warehouse and logistics operations.
Optimize internal material flows and inventory accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement in logistics KPIs.
Lead initiatives to optimize layouts, space utilization and flows.
Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure process standardization and best-practice sharing with other Group sites.
Embed continuous improvement into daily operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and company policies.
Promote a strong safety-first culture.
Lead or support audits within the scope of responsibility.
Lead or participate in strategic initiatives related to capacity expansion, operating model changes, digitalization and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Ensure successful adoption of new tools, systems and processes.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial operations, including experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a process manufacturing environment, preferably within the fragrance, chemical, FMCG or food industries.
Experience in continuous improvement.
Experience working with SAP / SAP S/4HANA.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
Availability for occasional travel.
