IVF Hartmann Holding AG in Barcelona seeks a Head of Supply Chain Spain to lead end-to-end Customer Operations and Logistics across Spain. You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation while driving transformation and continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, drive digitalization, automation and collaborate with global functions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• University degree in relevant field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading teams in multinational environments.
• Experience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation management.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain.
• Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability.
• Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs.
• Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Support automation and AI-driven operational improvements.
