JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Bulky Warehouse Manager to oversee large-item warehousing operations, optimize layouts, and lead a high-performing team. You will manage receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires 5-7 years in warehouse management with bulky-item focus, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with WMS and material handling equipment. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive warehouse management experience, with at least 3 years managing bulky items.
• Proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS and inventory control software.
• Experience with material handling equipment operation and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bulky goods warehouse, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of large and irregular items.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts, material handling procedures, and inventory strategies for bulky goods.
• Optimize space utilization and minimize damage to bulky items through proper storage techniques and equipment usage.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and operators, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Monitor KPIs such as receiving efficiency, storage accuracy, picking rates, and shipping timeliness; take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with transportation, inventory, and customer service to streamline end-to-end supply chain for bulky products.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance schedules and ensure forklifts and pallet jacks are functional.
• Implement and manage WMS and other technologies to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits to identify improvements and implement best practices.
