Cainiao is seeking an HR professional to lead warehouse staff management, onboarding, payroll, and culture initiatives in Castilla-La Mancha. You will partner with operations leadership to optimize salary structures and enhance team performance across the site.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff agencies, attendance, training and evaluations, plus onboarding and offboarding. Strong English and Spanish communication is essential for success.

Formación

• College degree or above, HR experience in warehouse settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service and teamwork focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage warehouse staff agencies, attendance, induction, training, evaluation.
• Optimize salary and welfare system; assist in assessment schemes to improve efficiency and cost.
• Implement Cainiao culture in the warehouse; support front-line operations.
• Onboarding/offboarding and payroll administration.
• Lead HR projects with HR TD/OC for satisfaction, atmosphere, and team building.
• Provide admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Warehouse staff agencies management, staff operating including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation and other related work.
• Responsible for the optimization of the salary and welfare system of the Warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
• Responsible for the implementation of Cainiao culture in the warehouse, to create an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business.
• To undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as the on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, etc
• Cooperating with HR TD/OC team, to lead warehouse projects such as employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, training, etc
• Responsible for providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction

Job description：

• College degree or above, More than 1 years of HR experience, familiar with warehouse HR practices. Employment relationship skill is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
