Job summary

Sani/Ikos Group in Spain invites applications for a Food and Beverage Waiter in Estepona (and Mallorca if assigned). The 7‑month contract runs from March to November, offering frontline guest service in a hotel or resort setting.

You will deliver attentive service, support wine and beverage service, coordinate with kitchen and sommelier, and maintain high hygiene standards. Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.

About you

You have previous experience working in a restaurant, ideally within a hotel or fine dining environment. You possess solid knowledge of food and beverage service, and familiarity with wine service is considered a plus. You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, delivering attentive, polished, and guest-focused service at all times. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism would further support your professional profile.
