Sani/Ikos Group in Palma is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Team Assistant for a 7-month period (Mar–Nov). You will support waiters, help with table setups, assist with serving bread and water, and maintain clean service areas, contributing to smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Fluency in English and a basic knowledge of food service standards are desired, with opportunities for accelerated growth, mentorship, meals and transport support, and potential progression to supervisory roles within

Duration: 7 months, between March-November

About you

You have previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, which is considered an advantage. You are fluent in English and possess a basic understanding of food service standards. You communicate effectively, work well within a team, and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment. You bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills.
