Job summary

Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Bartender for its Spain locations (Estepona and Mallorca) for a 7-month period. You will work in our F&B team, delivering memorable guest experiences, serving beverages, and ensuring smooth service with attention to cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate has bar/restaurant experience (hotel setting preferred), is fluent in English, and can communicate effectively with guests. Additional language skills are a plus, and a hospitality qualification is welcome.

• Fluent English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout.

• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Teamwork: Collaborate with and management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations.

Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations

About you

You have previous experience working in a bar or restaurant environment, ideally within a hotel setting. You are fluent in English, while knowledge of an additional language is considered an advantage. A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus, supporting your professional background. You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, creating positive and memorable guest experiences through attentive and professional service.
