Confidential, a fast-scaling technology group with multi-location operations, is seeking a seasoned growth and product leader to own the entire growth engine across strategy, data and execution. This role blends product and marketing into one mandate with real P&L accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in senior product and/or growth leadership with P&L ownership in a large-scale e-commerce business.
• Technical profile with depth in how digital products are built and shipped, beyond marketing.

Aufgaben

• Own the Growth Engine with targets across channels, CAC, ROAS, and conversion.
• Lead CRO, checkout/paywall optimisation, and payments strategy at scale.
• Direct an AI-assisted landing-page system and observability layer for critical flows.
• Own portfolio-wide P&L by product, market, device, and channel; balance acquisition spend against LTV.
