Voodoo is seeking a leader for its Live games team based in Barcelona, Spain. As part of a small, innovative team, you will oversee development from ideation to market testing of casual games.

Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, a passion for mobile games, and experience in the mobile F2P market. You will guide your team to deliver engaging experiences across all aspects of game development, while enjoying best-in-class compensation and additional benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ensure team goals are reached.
• Lead and motivate teams working on the games.
• Continuously improve internal game creation processes.
• Push updates with gameplay and monetization A/B tests.
• Manage team HR to keep top talent and help them grow.
• Share knowledge company-wide to help others improve skills.
• Monitor and improve game metrics.
• Be involved in all aspects of game development.
