Appodeal, a US-based product company with a global presence including Barcelona, seeks a Monetization Lead to own ad monetization across a portfolio of casual mobile games. You will drive eProfit outcomes, own the waterfall and floor pricing, and partner with Ad Tech, Analytics, and Product to deliver measurable results.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation culture, maintain network relationships, and represent Appodeal in partner discussions as the accountable owner of monetization

Formación

• Proven hands-on monetization leadership for casual, ad-monetized mobile games.
• Experience driving eProfit/ARPDAU/eROAS impact through rigorous testing.
• Able to operate without dedicated analytics headcount and pull data from shared intelligence layers.
• Strong relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges for casual gaming monetization.
• Experience leading lean, high-talent teams and owning monetization decisions as a Product Owner.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the ad monetization strategy across the games portfolio with a focus on eProfit outcomes.
• Own waterfall structure, floor pricing, and placement strategy for all titles.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation: A/B tests, waterfall configurations, network mix.
• Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and exchanges; negotiate terms and unlock demand sources.
• Act as the monetization Product Owner, coordinating with Ad Tech, Analytics, and Product without direct reporting lines.
