Jobtailor is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the global strategy for institutional courseware. You will shape the portfolio, prioritise investments, and guide localisation and product lifecycle decisions across priority markets.

You will lead a global team of around 15 product professionals, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and ROI objectives, while advancing AI-enabled learning experiences with a strong focus on

Formación

• Experience in product management, portfolio leadership, or general management across complex product lines.
• Proven ability to set strategy and make investment decisions in global, matrixed organisations.
• Track record turning customer insight into differentiated products with strong commercial outcomes.
• Experience owning business cases and managing performance against revenue and profitability metrics.
• Strong judgement in prioritisation, pricing, packaging, and portfolio rationalisation.
• Experience leading global product development teams and developing product leaders.

• Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for institutional courseware.

• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and investment recommendations.
