Wifirst UK Limited is seeking a Dedicated Technical Account Specialist for the Spanish market to lead relationships and technical support for key accounts in Spain. You will serve as the SPOC from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, ensuring seamless communication and escalation handling.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for VIP stakeholders of Spain-based clients.
• Own end-to-end operations and escalations for major events (maintenance, incidents, deployments).
• Provide real-time updates to clients with full visibility until resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Maintain service continuity within a small team of 3 French-speaking experts.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic clients and support contractual reviews.
• Contribute to flow optimization and process improvements with on-the-ground insights.
