Welocalize, Inc is seeking a Quality Manager to join a squad responsible for supplier alignment and performance on assigned accounts. You will monitor delivery, language quality, and adherence to client requirements while collaborating with Language Services to meet capacity needs and quality targets.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in localization, and knowledge of QA frameworks. A Master’s degree and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly valued.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and best practices in translation/localization.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Translation Memory tools, TM systems and MT post-editing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Quality Manager for a squad, ensuring supplier alignment and performance against client requirements.
• Monitor on-time delivery, QA, and adherence to client instructions across accounts.
• Lead quality-related conversations with customers and drive CAPAs and QIPs.
• Maintain language assets and quality documentation; coordinate with Language Services.
