Job summary

Fundcraft is seeking an Client Onboarding Manager based in Girona to lead end-to-end onboarding and migration of venture capital funds onto our platform. You will own timelines, coordinate between clients and internal teams, and ensure data accuracy during migration, with a focus on fund accounting fundamentals and regulatory alignment.

You will guide the onboarding team, maintain trackers, and contribute to process improvements while staying aligned with clients’ expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and governance of onboarding projects.
• Experience coordinating across clients, operations and data migration teams.
• Solid understanding of the alternative investment fund industry and regulatory environment.
• Attention to detail in reviewing and validating migrated data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of onboarding and migration mandates from kick-off to go-live.
• Build, monitor and maintain project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate between clients, operations and data migration teams to keep migrations on schedule.
• Flag risks and escalate with recommended actions to Head of Onboarding.
• Set up funds' static data ensuring accuracy and conformity with source documents.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to onboarding team and maintain trackers.
