Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Valencia seeks a Senior Client Onboarding Manager to lead the Valencia onboarding function, delivering complex client onboarding, fund launches and transitions into BAU. You will manage a high-performing team and partner with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Technology to ensure timely, compliant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in client onboarding, fund administration or financial services operations.
• Proven people management experience in a leadership role.
• Strong project management experience with multi-stakeholder projects.
• Solid understanding of investment fund structures and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of onboarding professionals across seniority levels.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new clients, fund launches and migrations.
• Ensure delivery within timelines, quality standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Service Delivery and Technology teams.
• Drive governance, controls and process improvements in onboarding.
• Manage relationships with key clients during onboarding phases.
