Fundcraft in Girona, Spain is seeking a Trainee in Fund Operations to support the Product Delivery team with shareholder registers, investor transactions, and client requests. You will gain hands-on experience in fund administration, regulatory compliance, and investor services.

This role reports to the Transfer Agency Manager and offers exposure to AML/KYC tasks, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required, but any academic projects, part‑time jobs, or internships related to finance, fund operations, or data processing are a plus.
• Curiosity for digital platforms and process optimization.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Catalan are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Update shareholder registers on the fundcraft platform under supervision.
• Process investor transactions and support the team with client requests.
• Assist in recording and organizing investor documents, including KYC information and subscription agreements.
• Support AML/KYC reviews and regulatory compliance tasks while learning fund operations.
