Apex Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist in Valencia, Spain. You will manage end-to-end client onboarding from Sales handoff to BAU, coordinating account openings, document reviews, and system setups while working with Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.

Role requires 1–3 years in the funds industry, strong project management skills, and excellent English communication. Hybrid work in Valencia with a focus on client service and cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field required.
• 1–3 years experience in the investment funds industry preferred.
• Knowledge of fund structures, domiciles and regulatory requirements advantageous.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding from Sales handoff to BAU.
• Review fund offering documents, legal agreements and system setups.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.
• Provide regular status updates and lead weekly project calls.
