Masia, a Barcelona-based venture platform, is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to join the team. You will sit at the intersection of investments, finance, legal, fund operations and portfolio management, ensuring closings don’t slip and cap tables stay reconciled.

You’ll build scalable processes and data infrastructure as Masia grows from one fund to many, collaborating with partners, management company, lawyers and auditors.

Formación

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a demanding environment such as Big Four, financial advisory, a fund, or an operations role in a high-growth tech company.
• Backgrounds in Transaction Services, Financial Advisory, Corporate Finance or Audit translate well.
• More important than a CV logo is your ability to grow a venture platform and handle multiple processes end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate investment closings: documentation, KYC and capital flows
• Manage SAFEs, convertibles, cap tables and follow-on rounds
• Coordinate follow-on investments and portfolio transactions
• Work with the management company, lawyers, auditors and depositary
• Own fund accounting, valuations, cash planning and LP reporting
• Maintain accurate portfolio and fund information
• Manage relationships and reporting with institutional LPs
• Set up new investment vehicles and SPVs as the platform grows
• Build processes, tools and data infrastructure for Masia
• Take on special projects that don’t fit elsewhere yet
