Job summary

Medtronic plc, Madrid-based, seeks a field-based sales professional to drive adoption of Peripheral Vascular Health products across assigned accounts. You will provide clinical and technical support during vascular procedures and deliver engaging product demonstrations to healthcare teams.

The role requires strong relationships with surgeons, radiologists, and hospital leadership, plus fluency in Spanish and English and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in vascular, endovascular, embolization, venous, structural heart, TAVI, or neurovascular therapies.
• Medical device sales or clinical support experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Build relationships with vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, nurses, and hospital decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand portfolio adoption within existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide clinical and technical support during endovascular, embolization, venous, and peripheral vascular procedures.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical stakeholders to support therapy awareness and portfolio growth.
• Maintain accurate customer, account, and opportunity records in company systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, contract discussions, and account development activities.
