Randstad España in Valencia is seeking an ambitious Sales Team Leader to lead a high-performing team in the Travel & Hospitality sector. The role focuses on coaching, boosting metrics, and driving revenue through consultative selling and effective team management.

Its rotation shifts require morning/afternoon availability, including some weekends. A dynamic, fast-paced environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Formación

• 4+ years in target-driven sales (experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTAs is a strong plus)
• Strong leadership potential is essential (Previous Team Leader experience is a plus)
• German native-level is required (additional languages are a plus)
• Full right to work in Spain
• Availability for rotating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts and some weekends

Responsabilidades

• Coach & Elevate: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales agents through daily floor support and real-time feedback.
• Drive Commercial Growth: Boost conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and quality KPIs across the team.
• Master Sales Techniques: Train your team on consultative selling, objection handling, and high-value deal closing.
• Operations & Escalations: Manage real-time shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.
