Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in target-driven sales, advanced German, and a track record of hitting targets; travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in target-driven sales, with travel/hospitality/OTA experience a strong plus.
• Languages: German Advanced level required; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons, and some weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and elevate sales agents daily with on-floor support.
• Drive commercial growth by improving conversion, upselling, revenue, CSAT, and KPIs.
• Train the team in consultative selling and high-value deal closing.
• Manage shift flow and assist agents with complex customer scenarios.
