Job summary

Ilerwork in Valencia is seeking an energetic Project Management and Operations Intern to support daily operations and assist in managing operational projects. You will work with operations managers and project leads to gain practical insights into process improvement and resource allocation in a logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Strong interest in project management, operations and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring operational projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Help coordinate resources, including personnel and equipment, for various operational tasks.
• Support in the collection and analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Help prepare project status reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within the Valencia operations center.
• Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools relevant to the logistics industry.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
