Eco Plus Solutions AB in Valencia is seeking German-speaking Customer Advisors for an on-site banking project. You will handle account management, inquiries, and digital banking tools with a customer-first approach.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time contracts, a structured onboarding, and opportunities for growth into leadership or analyst roles. Relocation may be required for EU residents.

Formación

• Language: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and English (B2 minimum).
• Residency: Living in Valencia or willing to relocate with EU work authorization.
• Contract: 40-hour full-time or 30/35-hour part-time options; on-site shifts.
• Work locale: 100% On-site in Valencia office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate, human-first solutions promptly.
• Maintain data privacy and follow banking protocols for secure transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the overall customer journey.
