Teleservices Valencia is seeking a German Customer Support Specialist to join our banking sector team in Valencia. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering clear and professional solutions to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Starting 16/09 with an initial 3-month temporary contract and potential permanent placement based on performance. Competitive compensation with a €1,200 annual performance bonus and a total annual package around the stated figures.

Formación

• Native German speaker (mandatory).
• Spanish level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication skills suitable for multi-channel support.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.

Position Details

Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector
Location: Valencia

Start Date: 16/09

Contract Structure

• Initial 3-month temporary contract

• Permanent contract based on performance

Salary Package – Valencia

• €20,800 gross/year

  • €1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email

• Managing banking inquiries and front desk support issues

• Delivering clear and professional solutions

• Ensuring high-quality customer experience

• Resolving incidents efficiently and accurately

• Supporting German-speaking banking clients

Training & Working Hours

Initial Training

Starts: 16/09

First 5 weeks:

• 09:00 – 15:00 initial schedule

• Gradual increase up to 35h/week

From Week 6 onwards:

• 39h/week full-time schedule

Available Shifts (Valencia)

• Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00

Night shifts are NOT available in Valencia

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who:

• Are native German speakers (mandatory)

• Have Spanish level B2 or higher

• Are strong communicators

• Enjoy helping customers and solving problems

• Can work in a fast-paced environment

• Are available from 18/05/2026

• Have previous customer support experience (a plus)

Recruitment Process

• Record 2-minute video in German

• Handwritten 175-word German text during interview

• Final validation by German recruitment manager
