Ignite seeks a fluent German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our Valencia-based banking project. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, helping manage accounts and digital banking tools while upholding strict privacy standards.

The role offers a mix of full-time and part-time contracts with a fixed morning or afternoon schedule. On-site in Valencia, EU work authorization required. A proactive, service-minded attitude will help you grow into leadership paths within the team.

Formación

• German language proficiency (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Positive, customer-oriented mindset; banking or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat regarding accounts and digital banking tools.
• Identify customer needs and provide human-first solutions promptly.
• Maintain data privacy and follow banking protocols to ensure secure transactions.
