LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing support for large-scale energy storage projects. You will work with EPCs, grid operators, and customers to ensure successful project handover and reliable operation.

The role requires 2–5 years in utility-scale renewables, strong knowledge of BESS/EMS/HLV systems, and the ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders while travelling to project sites as needed.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power/Energy Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Grid integration, Power systems, EMS, and HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Handover from Sales/Presales and confirm requirements with internal teams and customers.
• Plan and manage commissioning, O&M, and grid integration.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators, and equipment suppliers; oversee unloading, installation, etc.
• Execute commissioning plans for BESS, BMS, PCS, EMS, and MV transformer; ensure system validation.
• Provide O&M services post COD; oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and safety compliance.
• Train and support customer O&M teams and subcontractors.
