Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing service for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will manage handover from sales, develop commissioning plans, perform tests on BMS, PCS, EMS, and MV transformers, and support operations with preventive maintenance and RAMS

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration and HSE standards.

Responsabilidades

• Handover BESS projects from sales and presales after contract signing.
• Review proposals, configurations, and service scope.
• Plan and execute commissioning for BESS projects.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors and suppliers.
• Perform O&M support and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Handover to operations after commissioning.
