Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to own the technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing O&M support of large-scale battery energy storage projects.

You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators, and customers, lead system integration and SAT, and ensure safe, on-time handover to operations across multiple sites in Spain. The role requires 2–5 years in utility-scale renewables, travel to project sites, and compliance with HSE regulations.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Energy Engineering.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewables or power infrastructure.
• Certifications to work on site; experience with large-scale BESS or grid integration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from handover to operations.
• Plan and execute commissioning for BESS components such as BMS, PCS, EMS, and MV transformers.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators, and suppliers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure grid compliance, safety standards, and RAMS documentation.
• Provide O&M support, remote/fixed-site fault resolution, and site inspections.
