Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead the technical delivery, commissioning, and O&M support of large-scale battery energy storage projects. You will manage handover from Sales, plan commissioning, coordinate with EPCs, ensure grid compliance and safety, and guide teams through SAT and handover to operations, traveling to project sites as needed.

Formación

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
On-site certifications required.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure is preferred.
Strong understanding of grid integration and high-voltage systems; HSE knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate handover from Sales/Presales and review project scope.
Plan and execute commissioning of BESS projects including BMS, PCS, EMS, MV transformer.
Ensure compliance with grid requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.
Oversee O&M support, preventive and corrective maintenance, and RAMS updates.
Liaise with EPCs, OEMs, grid operators to ensure successful system integration.
