Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to oversee the execution and lifecycle support of large-scale battery energy storage projects after sales closure. The role covers technical delivery, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance support, coordinating with EPCs, grid operators, and project stakeholders.

You will manage project handovers, develop commissioning plans, validate system integration, and ensure safety standards.

Formación

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
Certifications to work on site are required.
Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, EMS, and HV systems.

Responsabilidades

Project Handover from Sales/Presales after contract signing and review of design and scope.
Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for BESS projects.
Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects with EPCs and suppliers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, remote operations, and site testing.
Ensure safety, RAMS, and alignment with HSE regulations; train customer O&M teams.
