LONGi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer to oversee the execution and lifecycle support of utility-scale battery energy storage projects after the contract is secured. You will manage technical delivery, commissioning, and O&M support, coordinating with EPC contractors, grid operators, and project stakeholders.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Necessary certifications to work on site.

Responsabilidades

• Take over BESS projects from the sales/presales teams after contract signing and review system design and requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery, coordinate with EPCs, integrators, and equipment suppliers; ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans; validate integration of electrical, control, and communication systems; perform grid tests.
• Provide O&M service post COD, conduct remote operations, supervise subcontractors, and support maintenance planning.
