Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer for utility-scale projects. You will oversee technical delivery, commissioning, and O&M support across the project lifecycle, coordinating with EPCs, grid operators, and customers to ensure design, safety, and performance targets are met.

The role requires hands-on planning, testing, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, with travel to project sites and a focus on grid integration and safety standards.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure.
• Certifications to work on site are required.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar+storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of grid integration, power systems, EMS and HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Project handover from sales/presales after contract signing.
• Review proposals, system configurations and service scope.
• Manage full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects.
• Coordinate with EPCs, integrators and equipment suppliers.
• Develop commissioning plans and checklists for BESS projects.
• Conduct grid compliance tests and SAT with partners.
• Support O&M planning, maintenance and training.
