Anteriad is seeking a Business Development Representative for the US market in Ourense, Spain. The role involves calling IT managers, generating leads, and coordinating with client sales teams, with an emphasis on the Warm Handover process and uncapped commission.

The position is an afternoon shift, with onboarding and internal training provided. A dynamic, international environment on a Madrid-region campus and opportunities for career growth within a global tech client roster.

Formación

• C2 level English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
• CRM experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with IT managers over the phone to understand current tech setup.
• Present client IT solutions and demonstrate value for process optimization and productivity.
• Set up meetings between prospects and sales experts to move conversations forward.
