Lanserhof Marbella seeks a dedicated urologist to join our holistic medical team on a part-time basis. You will combine modern urological diagnostics with preventive, patient-centred care for our guests.

Requirements include an MD with specialist training in urology, several years’ experience, and fluency in Spanish with good English. Collaboration with doctors and therapists is essential, with a focus on high medical quality and discreet service.

What does the role involve?

We are looking for a dedicated and holistically-minded urologist to join our Lanserhof team on a part-time basis.

At Lanserhof, we support our guests on their journey towards sustainable health, prevention and wellbeing. As part of our interdisciplinary medical team, you will contribute your specialist expertise to the personalised care of our guests and play a key role in implementing the holistic Lanserhof Concept. In doing so, you will combine modern urological diagnostics with a preventive and patient-centred approach to treatment.

Your responsibilities:

• Conducting urological consultations, examinations and counselling independently
• Drawing up individual diagnostic and treatment recommendations in line with the holistic Lanserhof Concept
• Supporting and caring for our guests during their stay from a urological perspective
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialist departments
• Carrying out and interpreting urological diagnostic procedures in accordance with your qualifications
• Advising our guests on prevention, health promotion and sustainable lifestyle measures
• Documenting medical findings and treatment progress in accordance with applicable standards
• Actively contributing to the further development of the medical services offered at Lanserhof
• Ensuring the highest standards of medical quality, hygiene and service

We are looking for

• A degree in medicine and specialist training in urology
• Several years’ professional experience in the field of urology would be an advantage
• An interest in preventive medicine, longevity and holistic health approaches
• A passion for providing personalised, patient-centred care to guests
• An independent, responsible and organised approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• An empathetic manner, professionalism and a high degree of discretion
• You have a very good command of Spanish and a good command of English, both spoken and written
