Lanserhof Marbella invites an experienced exercise therapist to join our international team. You will apply modern sports therapy techniques to help guests gain mobility, balance and body awareness within our Longevity Clinic concept.

Responsibilities include running tests, leading one-to-one sessions, supervising fitness activities, and delivering personalised support around training. A degree in sports science/coaching and experience are required; Pilates/yoga training is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in sports coaching or sports science, or equivalent.
• Initial professional experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of diagnostic methods, including spiroergometry and bioimpedance.
• Further training in Pilates, medical exercise therapy or yoga.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, conduct and document sports science tests as instructed by the doctor (e.g. ergometry, spiroergometry, bioimpedance analysis, balance tests).
• Conduct personalised one-to-one training sessions as part of sports medicine rehabilitation or prevention programmes.
• Supervise and guide guests exercising in the fitness centre.
• Provide optimal and personalised support to guests before and after their training session.

What does the role involve?

The Lanserhof exercise therapists provide our guests with a range of modern sports and exercise therapy techniques. Through the training programme developed in collaboration with the therapist, guests gain a sense of lightness, improved mobility and enhanced body awareness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation, conduct and documentation of sports science tests in accordance with the instructions of the relevant doctor (e.g. ergometry, spiroergometry, bioimpedance analysis, balance tests, etc.)
• Conducting personalised one-to-one training sessions as part of sports medicine rehabilitation or prevention programmes
• Supervising and guiding guests exercising in the fitness centre
• Providing optimal and personalised support to guests both before and after their training session

We are looking for

• A degree in sports coaching or sports science, or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in similar roles
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of diagnostic methods, including spiroergometry and bioimpedance
• Further training in Pilates, medical exercise therapy or yoga
