Lanserhof GmbH is seeking a dedicated Watsu Therapist to support guests on their journey toward deep relaxation and wellbeing. You will professionally deliver water-based therapies and contribute to implementing the Lanserhof Concept across an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes individualized guest care, strict safety standards, and collaboration with medical staff to help guests achieve their personal health goals in an international environment.

Formación

• Completed training or certification as a Watsu Therapist, or a comparable qualification in aquatic therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Independently performing professional Watsu treatments and water-based relaxation therapies.
• Providing individualized care and guidance to guests according to their personal needs and therapeutic goals.
• Promoting relaxation, regeneration, and overall well-being through targeted aquatic therapies.
• Ensuring the highest quality, safety, and service standards throughout all treatments.
• Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring treatment rooms and pool areas.
• Documenting treatments performed and communicating with relevant specialist departments.
• Working closely with the Medical Team, therapists, and other operational departments.
• Professionally conveying the values and philosophy of the Lanserhof Concept.
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

What does the role involve?

For our Lanserhof team, we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Watsu Therapist (all genders). In this role, you will support our guests on their journey toward greater relaxation, regeneration, and overall well-being. Through the professional delivery of Watsu treatments, you will create unique therapeutic experiences that harmonize body and mind. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will make an important contribution to implementing the holistic Lanserhof Concept and help our guests achieve their individual health goals.

We are looking for

• Completed training or certification as a Watsu Therapist, or a comparable qualification in the field of aquatic therapy.


• Ideally, you have professional experience in the wellness, spa, therapy, or healthcare sector.


• A high level of empathy and a genuine passion for providing individualized guest care.


• An interest in holistic health concepts and the philosophy of the Lanserhof Concept.


• An independent, responsible, and structured approach to work.


• A strong service orientation combined with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.


• You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international environment.


• Good Spanish and English language skills.


• Discretion, reliability, and a respectful approach towards guests and colleagues come naturally to you.
