Job summary

Lanserhof Marbella is seeking a meticulous Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. You will clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to our high standards, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and replenish amenities.

You will inspect rooms for cleanliness and functionality, change linens, and report maintenance issues. Flexibility, reliability, and a service-oriented attitude are essential. Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting guest rooms for cleanliness, completeness, and proper functionality of furnishings/equipment.
• Changing bed linen and towels and replenishing guest amenities and consumables.
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items to relevant departments.
• Handling and maintaining cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Collaborating with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with general organizational tasks.

What does the role involve?

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and bathrooms in accordance with Lanserhof's quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained, and relaxing atmosphere for our guests
• Inspecting guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and the proper functionality of all furnishings and equipment
• Changing bed linen and towels, as well as replenishing guest amenities and consumable supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues, technical defects, and lost-and-found items to the relevant departments
• Proper handling and maintenance of cleaning equipment, tools, and work materials
• Working closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and other operational departments
• Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with general organizational and operational tasks

We are looking for

• Previous experience in Housekeeping, hospitality, or a comparable role is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to quality, with an exceptional eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• An independent, meticulous, and responsible working style.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Reliability, discretion, and a respectful approach towards guests and colleagues come naturally to you.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a strong willingness to contribute.
• Good Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
