Lanserhof is seeking a maintenance technician to manage the smooth operation, upkeep and safety of technical systems across hotel, spa and medical areas. You will inspect issues, plan repairs, and coordinate external contractors while working with Housekeeping, Front Office and other teams.

We value independent, structured work, strong technical understanding and a service-oriented attitude. Spanish and English language skills are an advantage in our international team.

Qualifications

• Formal training in a technical trade.
• Experience in building services or facility management is a plus.
• Independent, structured and responsible.
• Strong technical understanding and service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all technical systems and facilities within the hotel, spa, and medical areas
• Conducting regular inspections and identifying and resolving technical issues at an early stage
• Planning and carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work
• Monitoring and coordinating external contractors and specialized service providers
• Maintaining staff accommodations and supporting general caretaking and facility management tasks
• Documenting maintenance work, inspections, and technical measures
• Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Medical, and other specialist departments
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Actively supporting the optimization of technical processes and operational procedures

Your mission

• Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all technical systems and facilities within the hotel, spa, and medical areas
• Conducting regular inspections and identifying as well as resolving technical issues at an early stage
• Planning and carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work
• Monitoring and coordinating external contractors and specialized service providers
• Maintaining staff accommodations and supporting general caretaking and facility management tasks
• Documenting maintenance work, inspections, and technical measures
• Working closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Medical, and other specialist departments
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Actively supporting the continuous optimization of technical processes and operational procedures

We are looking for

• Completed training in a technical profession, ideally in the fields of electrical engineering, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, or a comparable discipline.
• Previous experience in building services, facility engineering, or technical facility management is an advantage.
• An independent, structured, and responsible approach to work.
• Strong practical skills and a solid technical understanding.
• A high level of service orientation, reliability, and a solution-focused mindset.
• A strong commitment to quality and a professional demeanor.
• You enjoy collaborating with different specialist departments in an international environment.
• Good Spanish and English language skills are considered an advantage.
