Lanserhof GmbH seeks an engaged and holistically minded Therapist to join our international team at Lanserhof Marbella. You will work with doctors and therapists to guide guests toward improved health, regeneration, and well-being.

Responsibilities include delivering massage therapy, detox treatments, and other holistic modalities, documenting sessions, and maintaining rooms to the highest standards. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• Completed training as a Massage Therapist or comparable qualification.
• Interest in holistic health concepts and Lanserhof philosophy.
• Empathetic personality with guest-focused care.
• Independent, responsible, and structured work approach.
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performing and documenting therapeutic treatments per individual plans.
• Applying massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and related techniques.
• Support guests in regeneration, mobility, and well-being.
• Provide care before, during, and after treatments.
• Deliver detox and regenerative treatments per Lanserhof Concept.
• Document treatments and collaborate with physicians and therapists.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with high hygiene standards.
• Contribute to a holistic guest experience and ongoing development.

What does the role involve?

For our Lanserhof team, we are looking for an engaged and holistically minded Therapist. At Lanserhof, our therapists work based on individualized treatment recommendations provided by our internal and external doctors. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will accompany our guests on their journey toward improved health, regeneration, and overall well‑being. Through your expertise, empathy, and passion for holistic therapies, you will make a valuable contribution to bringing the Lanserhof Concept to life.

Your responsibilities:

• Performing and documenting therapeutic treatments in accordance with the individual needs and treatment plans of our guests.
• Applying a variety of manual and body‑based therapeutic techniques, including massage therapies, lymphatic drainage, reflexology treatments, and other therapeutic applications according to your qualifications.
• Supporting guests in regeneration, mobility improvement, pain reduction, and the enhancement of their overall well‑being.
• Providing professional care and guidance before, during, and after treatments.
• Delivering selected detox and regenerative treatments in line with the Lanserhof Concept.
• Documenting treatments and collaborating professionally with physicians, therapists, and other specialist departments.
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms while ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards.
• Actively contributing to a holistic guest experience and the continuous development of our therapeutic offering.

We are looking for

• Completed training as a Massage Therapist, Medical Bath Attendant, Licensed Massage Therapist, Osteopath, Physiotherapist, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, additional qualifications in areas such as lymphatic drainage, reflexology, sports massage, Shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, or comparable treatment methods.
• A strong interest in holistic health concepts and the philosophy of the Lanserhof Concept.
• An empathetic personality with a passion for providing individualized guest care and support.
• An independent, responsible, and structured approach to work.
• You enjoy working within an interdisciplinary and international team of therapists.
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a respectful approach towards guests and colleagues come naturally to you.
