IE University’s Law School is seeking a Program Assistant for Undergraduate Programs to join its dynamic, international team. You will be the first point of contact for students and professors, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and contributing to an engaging academic environment.

Based in Madrid at IE Tower, you will coordinate with Registrar, Planning and Careers, manage a high volume of emails, maintain databases, and assist in event planning throughout the academic year.

Formación

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a multicultural setting.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities with a track record of managing customer interactions.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment and handle high volumes of work.
• Collaborative team player with reliable follow-up and communication.
• Meticulous attention to detail and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily assistance to students and professors, addressing queries and guidance.
• Manage a high volume of emails with prompt and accurate responses.
• Coordinate with Registrar, Planning and Careers to streamline program operations.
• Maintain and update student information databases.
• Prepare and edit internal reports.
• Process expense reports efficiently.
• Assist in planning and executing events and projects during the academic year.
