IKIGAI Talent Group is seeking an Account Executive for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in Barcelona.

You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, driving multichannel outreach across Spanish and international markets.

Required SDR background, 1–3 years as an Account Executive, UKI market experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing.
• Develop targeted outbound strategies with structured target accounts.
• Conduct high-volume, multichannel outreach.
• Contribute to playbooks to scale the team.
• Work with sales to ensure deal progression and consistent closing.
• Share customer feedback and win/loss insights.
• Operate across Spanish and international markets.
