Dialedin Recruiting is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to launch the Spanish market for a B2B SaaS/AI startup. This role combines remote work from Spain with regular in-person client meetings in Madrid or Barcelona to drive revenue growth in the financial services sector.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, craft scalable playbooks, and optimize messaging across channels, while building trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients.

Formación

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Ownership mindset with accountability and execution focus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end sales in Spain from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and test scalable GTM playbooks and multi-channel outreach.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects and manage the customer journey.
