Dialedin Recruiting is seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to launch the Spanish market for a Berlin-based AI B2B SaaS startup. You will base yourself in Madrid or Barcelona, with a mix of remote work and in-person client meetings across the financial services sector.

You will own the sales funnel end-to-end, develop scalable playbooks, optimize outreach, and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor.

Formación

• Experience in selling B2B SaaS products to tech or financial services customers.
• Demonstrates ownership with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize the sales funnel using data.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Sales Ownership in Spain: manage prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and test scalable sales playbooks; optimize multi-channel outreach and messaging.
• Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor through the customer journey.
