Exoticca, based in Barcelona, seeks a Travel Product Development professional to own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned destinations, driving profitability, competitiveness and digital performance to deliver unforgettable traveler experiences while maintaining Exoticca's market leadership.

You will partner with global providers, shape sourcing and merchandising strategies, and continuously optimize the portfolio using data in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the online travel industry.
• Strong negotiating skills and commercial mindset.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Experience contracting land products and managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent travel network and product portfolio coverage.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end strategy for assigned destinations from market opportunities to digital merchandising.
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiations with global providers to ensure best price-quality ratio.
• Use data (conversion, margins, feedback, trends) to iterate and improve the product portfolio.
• Adapt strategies quickly in a fast-paced digital environment considering seasonality and travel shifts.
• Ensure a high-quality customer journey by monitoring on-the-ground experience of itineraries.

The role:

As a product development for your assigned destinations, you will own the entire lifecycle of the product. You aren't just designing an itinerary; you are managing a digital business unit. You will be responsible for the profitability, competitiveness, and digital performance of your destinations, ensuring that our travelers receive an unforgettable experience while Exoticca maintains its lead as the most innovative player in the market.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the strategy for your destinations, from identifying market opportunities and sourcing new providers to defining the digital merchandising strategy
• Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Leverage your commercial expertise to build strong partnerships with global providers, ensuring the best quality-to-price ratio in the industry
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use internal and external data (conversion rates, margins, customer feedback, and market trends) to iterate and improve your product portfolio constantly
• Agile Adaptation: In a fast-paced digital environment, you will pivot strategies based on real-time performance, seasonality, and global travel shifts
• Quality & Experience: Be the guardian of the customer journey. You will monitor the "on-the-ground" experience to ensure every itinerary meets Exoticca's high standards of excellence
