Exoticca Travel UK Limited is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to own and evolve Exoticca's web experience. You will define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the website, balancing customer value, commercial aims and technical scalability.

Leading the Ecommerce & MarTech squads, you will partner with Engineering, UX, Data and Business teams to deliver measurable business results, influencing senior stakeholders and driving OKRs for conversion and lifecycle improvements.

Formación

• 8+ years of product management experience for customer-facing digital products.
• Strong ability to define product strategy and deliver measurable business impact.
• Excellent data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, roadmap and business outcomes of the website.
• Define product vision and priorities, balancing customer value, business impact, and scalability.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics and experimentation.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunities to delivery and optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, UX and Business teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Drive OKRs and product metrics, focusing on outcomes rather than outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, scalability and performance.
• Influence senior stakeholders through data and structured product thinking.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional partners.
