Expedia Group in Madrid is seeking a Business Development Associate to help onboard lodging partners and drive outreach within an assigned territory. You will educate partners on Expedia Group’s UVP, qualify opportunities, and convert them into signed partnerships launching on the platform.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, manage a pipeline in CRM, and develop market insight to inform strategy. 1–2 years B2B sales experience preferred; bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2 years B2B sales or related experience preferred.
• Fluency in Albanian, English, and one additional language.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through proactive outreach to engage hotel partners.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections, negotiate terms, and onboard contracts.
• Ensure partners are set up for success at launch with inventory, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain a pipeline aligned to territory goals and manage CRM activities.
