Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Travel Expenses Specialist in Madrid to join the Finance team. You will administer SAP Concur, manage corporate card operations, and ensure expenses are posted accurately and in compliance with policies.

The role covers end-to-end travel and expense processes, month-end close support, and collaboration with HR, Treasury and local finance to deliver timely reporting and improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Travel & Expense or related field.
• Hands-on SAP Concur administration and card programs.
• Experience in reconciliations and investigation of items.
• International or shared-service environment valued.

Responsibilities

• Administer SAP Concur user and system operations.
• Provide first-line support to employees and approvers.
• Manage corporate credit cards lifecycle.
• Monitor card usage and overdue reports.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of Concur and SAP.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across finance teams.
