Job summary

Accelleron in Madrid is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the international finance team (Ecuador, Colombia, Dominican Republic) from Spain. You will manage month-end closing, prepare reporting packs, and perform variance analyses while ensuring accuracy of financial data across multiple countries.

The role requires 3 years of FP&A experience, strong SAP FICO (S/4HANA) skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Collaboration with regional teams and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Proficient in SAP FICO (S/4HANA) and data-driven reporting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform and streamline month-end closing and MIS reporting.
• Prepare financial reporting packages with data reconciliation and accuracy checks.
• Conduct cost–benefit analyses and ad-hoc/standard reports on orders, revenue margins, inventories, WC, and cash flow.
• Provide forex hedging support and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Manage accruals/provisions and maintain audit trails and SOPs.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to analyze drivers of financial performance.
