Liebherr IT Shared Service Centre Ibérica in Madrid is seeking an SAP Concur Application Consultant (m/f/d) to drive global Concur rollouts and local adaptations of the standard Travel & Expense template.

You will collaborate with an international team, design configurations, train users, and ensure smooth go-live support while traveling up to 30% and working in a hybrid model in Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, business, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in SAP Concur or Travel & Expense solutions.
• Hands-on SAP Concur configuration (Expense, Travel).
• Knowledge of travel/expense processes in multinationals and SAP integration.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 30% internationally.
• SAP Concur certification is a strong plus.

Join LIEBHERR, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, as we advance our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a motivated SAP Concur Application Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in our newly established IT Shared Service Center in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to global SAP Concur rollouts, supporting the implementation of Liebherr’s global Concur template and the deployment of travel and expense management processes across multiple countries. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide. The working location for this position will be in Madrid city where we are currently setting up a new office. We operate a hybrid model, requiring at least 40% of the working time on-site on a weekly basis.

Creating passion: your responsibilities

• Support the rollout and implementation of SAP Concur based on the defined global template.
• Translate local business and regulatory requirements into fit-to-template Concur configurations, ensuring adherence to the global template, with focus on Travel & Expense configuration, Approval workflows, and Expense policies and audit rules.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
• Conduct fit-to-template workshops, end-user training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
• Support change management and user adoption for Concur based processes Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, and scalable solutions that support our global growth.

Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP Concur or Travel & Expense solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP Concur modules (e.g., Expense, Travel).
• Strong understanding of travel and expense processes in multinational environments and integration between SAP Concur and Field Service and ERP solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%) as required by project work.
• SAP Concur certification is a strong plus.
